Includes in-session engineering and vocal production for entirety of vocal recording process for one song. This looks like encouraging clients through each vocal take, while giving tips about manipulating vowel sounds, being mindful of your tone and source of projection, checking for pronunciation and pitch, and inviting emotion and authenticity to always lead the performance. We then move on to any necessary background vocals, harmonies, etc.

When we finish recording, I then take the files to assemble or "comp" the best of each take into the master lead vocal, which then gets treated with EQ, compression, any necessary tuning, reverb, delay and more. Sometimes this includes further vocal manipulation depending on the clients wants. The background vocals are also edited, tuned, aligned and treated to sit nicely in the rough mix.

You then have the option to make any notes or changes. Once satisfied and upon payment, I send you two folders of WAV files or "stems". Folder one will be "wet" vocals, or the vocals fully treated with plug-ins and any manipulation, and folder two will be "dry" vocals, or vocals that are tuned but otherwise contain no additional manipulation. Dry vocals are encouraged if you plan to hire a mix engineer for your song which is always highly recommended before releasing it. These stems can be dropped into any session or DAW.

Whether singing is your favorite hobby or full time career, I've developed a course that can help you master control over your entire register. We'll go over your strengths and personal vocal style, while helping to accentuate what makes you unique.

Depending on where you're at in your vocal journey, we'll cover things like pitch, ear training, timing, dynamics, harnessing your vibrato, falsetto, chest voice, and never losing touch with your authenticity.

For clients interested in going further into the program, we cover things like in-studio vocal training - your personal vocal chain, understanding vocal plug-ins, how to express your needs in a studio environment as well as common studio etiquette. We also dive into harmonies, as well as tapping in to your natural instincts for ad libs and runs. Overall the goal is to help you have better control and less fear around using your gift in any way you want to.
